David Tait's Links to Internet PIC Resources

08/13/2002

A new and improved PIC Archive will soon be available at www.picarchive.net, I am working on a system where authors (or users) can enter info on PIC source, howtos, websites, etc. into a database similar to www.freshmeat.net. I hope to have a prototype up and running by next weekend.

Oops, sorry the link was broken for the last few days. Its fixed now (obviously).

Frozen 18th May 1999

The entire site (including the PIC archive) can be downloaded as a gzipped tar file (5Mb) (this is a familar Unix/Linux format; Windows users will probably end up with a file called picarchive_tar.gz: use Winzip to gunzip the file then rename the result as picarchive.tar and Winzip will untar it too).

Here I have collected a few links related to PIC (aka PICmicro) microcontrollers. The links have been carefully listed in a totally random order. I've tried to keep nearly everything on one graphics-free page deliberately; even though the page is quite large now it should take less time to download than the opening graphics of most commercial sites.
